Roles and Responsibilities
1 4-6 years experience in end to end Non- IT recruitment preferably worked in a RPO model
2. Candidates must have experience working on Non IT positions for Finance, BFSI, manufacturing domains Eg. Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
3. Preferably post graduate in MBA HR or related disciplines.
4. Worked with targets in closing positions for CTH, contract and permanent positions.
5. Strong in process orientation with emphasis on good resume shortlist ratio and offer ratio, SOPs, checklists, metrics and dashboards.
6. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
7. Extensive experience interacting and coordinating with vendors and obtaining feedback.
