Job Description :
Client is seeking a Principal SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

This position would require an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Basic Qualifications For Principal SAP HCM Consultant

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
U.S. Citizens and those citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
This position may require 100% travel and/or relocation to project locations.
Preferred Qualifications For Principal SAP HCM Consultant

At least 11 years of experience in in designing and configuring SAP Core HR and Payroll, SAP Successfactors Employee Central
Experience as a solution architect in global SAP implementation programs, responsible for architecting, designing and owning the overall solution in at least 2 end to end HR transformation programs
SuccessFactors Employee Central certified with up to date deltas.
Good understanding of Employee Central Payroll for US and CA
Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules and applications
Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
Ability to translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
Must have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows.
Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
Should have experience in handling requirement gathering, blue printing, design, configuration, functionaltesting, data migration,testdata setup for UAT etc.
Real time experience of working in Activate and Agile methodology
Demonstrate thought leadership and drive decision making
Demonstrated ability and experience as an effective leader and communicator with strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and relationship management skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage CXO level client stake holders
Experienced in working with a diverse team spread across locations
Good communication and interpersonal skills; Should be able to effectively interact with the customer and project teams
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
